Alison Adams

Alison Adams has lived what she writes about. After a lifetime of poor health, and all the associated medical treatments, a health crisis in mid-life launched a search for answers. At the time she was a practising dentist with 20 years’ experience and a US Master’s degree and was forced to sell her dental practice. She retrained in various aspects of holistic medicine and has now recovered her health using the natural means she shares in this book. She lives in Gloucestershire with her husband and works as a naturopath, teaches and runs a support network for FRS sufferers.
