About Tara Fraser
Tara Fraser has been practising yoga since she was six years old. She has studied under a wide variety of teachers from many yogic traditions and is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Course Tutor. In 1999 she opened her own yoga school, Yoga Junction, in North London where she provides teacher training and leads classes and workshops. She is the author of three other DBP books: Yoga for You, Live Better: Yoga and Astanga Yoga for You and is a contributor to Yoga for You and Your Child.
