At birth we are all provided with a set of four senses in addition to our five physical senses of taste, touch, smell, sight and hearing. These are called the Four Clairs (clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance and clairaudience), and energetically they let us know that we are receiving guidance. These may feel like déjà vu, a gut feeling, an instant knowing, lyrics playing in your head or an actual voice in your ear letting you know a particular piece of information.
When we deliberately and consistently identify, develop and incorporate the Four Clairs into our daily lives, we are completely open and able to receive the full answers to our prayers and intentions. Our spiritual activities are much more powerful and become effortless as we eliminate the strain of wondering how and if our prayers are being heard and answered.
The energetic sense is followed up by a physical sensation in our bodies and your body is the physical messenger of your intuition.
There are a variety of physical signs that can occur to let you know that your intuition is communicating with you. In general you will find that when you ask a question or receive an answer or an intuitive hit, you will get a feeling of lightness for yes or heaviness for no. But it goes much deeper than that. And it is often a bit hard to detect a light or heavy feeling if you are emotionally attached to a particular outcome. When you start to practice by taking note both of your Clairs and how your body feels, you will be amazed at how quickly you will become fluent in interpreting your intuition. The more you pay attention, the more you will get back.
The energetic and physical sensations we experience are then supported by signs, symbols and synchronicities appearing in our environment to reinforce the accuracy of our senses.
